Martin Lopez III, P.C. Albuquerque NM ML3Law.comMartin Lopez III is a veteran attorney who currently practices in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Since graduating from the George Washington University National Law Center, he has gained a wide variety of trial experience in the last 35 years, including substantial experience in both complex civil and criminal defense litigation in both State and Federal courts.

Having been a member of the New Mexico Bar since 1979 and a member of the District of Columbia bar since 1985, his legal experience includes positions at the New Mexico Property Tax Department, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Washington, D.C., the District of Columbia Public Defender Service, New Mexico Public Defender Office, The New Mexico Attorney General’s Consumer and Economic Crimes Division and the Middle Rio Grande Conservancy District. Since 1984, Mr. Lopez has been in private practice.

Mr. Lopez is a past member of the New Mexico State Bar Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee and Minorities in the Profession Committee and a former director of the New Mexico Hispanic Bar Association.
